Coconut Matcha Cloud

A refreshing iced drink of pandan coconut water under a thick, creamy cloud of Muocha. Fragrant, umami and light.

Ingredients

  • Muocha *01 Muocha *014g / 2 tsp
  • Whipping Cream Whipping Cream45ml / 3 tbsp
  • Fresh Milk Fresh Milk30ml / 2 tbsp
  • Agave Agave15ml / 1 tbsp
  • Pandan Coconut Water Pandan Coconut Water150ml
  • Ice Ice130g
  • Muocha *014g / 2 tsp
  • Whipping Cream45ml / 3 tbsp
  • Fresh Milk30ml / 2 tbsp
  • Agave15ml / 1 tbsp
  • Pandan Coconut Water150ml

Method

  1. Froth together [cream, milk, syrup, muocha*01] until it thickens and forms a rich pourable cold foam.
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pandan coconut water.
  3. Gently pour the matcha foam over the top of the coconut water.
