Welcome to Slow Hour Theory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of slowhour.co (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Slow Hour Theory is operated by Slow Hour Ventures PLT (Reg. No. 202604001635 / LLP0046874-LGN), a limited liability partnership registered in Malaysia. Registered address: 59-1, Petaling Utama Avenue, Jalan PJS 1/50, 46150 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
2. Products
We sell matcha powder and related slow-living goods. Our matcha is grown in Lishui, Zhejiang, China. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, weights, and images are accurate, but slight variations (colour, packaging finish) may occur.
Matcha is a natural product that is sensitive to heat, light, and moisture. Unopened, it keeps for 18 months from the production date. Once opened, keep it tightly sealed and refrigerated, and enjoy it within 1–2 months of opening, while colour and flavour are at their best. We can't be responsible for changes in quality caused by storage after delivery. Matcha contains caffeine. If you are pregnant, nursing or sensitive to caffeine, please check with your doctor before drinking it.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in MYR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through HitPay, our third-party payment gateway. Accepted methods include online banking (FPX), debit and credit cards, and the other methods shown at checkout. We do not accept Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed/shipped.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of payment does not guarantee order acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be refunded in full.
5. Age & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing with the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — brand name, logo, copy, photography, packaging design — is the property of Slow Hour Ventures PLT and may not be reproduced without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the extent permitted by law, Slow Hour Ventures PLT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law (including the Consumer Protection Act 1999). These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
