Strawberry Matcha Latte

A layered iced latte with sweet strawberry puree, creamy fresh milk, and a vibrant layer of earthy matcha poured on top.

Ingredients

  • Muocha *01 Muocha *015g
  • 70°c water 70°c water40ml
  • Fresh milk Fresh milk80ml
  • Strawberry Puree Strawberry Puree45g
  • Muocha *015g

Method

Matcha
[1] Sift 5g Muocha *01
[2] Add 15ml of 60-75°C water to make a smooth paste
[3] Add the remaining 25ml of water and whisk until frothy

Assemble
[4] Add 45g strawberry puree to the bottom of a cup
[5] Add 130g ice
[6] Pour in 75ml fresh milk
[7] Slowly pour 40ml matcha over the top
